I was in Mimico this morning so and shot this through the window of a building I was visiting. That's the Mimico Go Station down there. As with everything else this year (so far), this has been shot on the iPhone.

Another one of these ICE-3 train shots from Germany. These trains move at speed of 350 km/h. I've always wanted one of these in Canada.

Shot in 2008 from a moving ICE-3 train. I wanted to put something up that was A) in colour and B) wasn't work related. Also wanted to try a different colour palette and some different editing! Comments and criticism are always welcome, but especially on this one!

Shot on Monday I believe - these are people relaxing on this hill at Christie Pits park during an absolutely fantastic day! I wish I could have stopped to relax, but I had to get to work. I figured at the very least I'll have a photo.

This is the view from my friend's place out in the west end. Many nights have been spent here BBQing, and relaxing. The odd time I'll find myself editing out here.

An image that I must have skipped when I was uploading the "Industrial Landscape" series online. I never thought the subject matter was anything spectacular but always enjoyed how many layers of information are contained within this photograph. I really debated putting this into colour as there is a lot of contrast but it wouldn't fit with the other images in the series. I guess you really can't have your cake and eat it too sometimes.

I was standing on my balcony earlier today just messing around taking photos of planes when I saw this bird swooping down. I got the shot and was astonished at how lucky I was to get the plane and the bird almost the same size. This is straight out of the camera with no "physical" manipluation. The quality is good, but isn't the best because I'm still playing with the old 250 dollar telephoto lens.

The buildings on Dixon between Kipling & Islington. The quality isn't the greatest because I'm using a 150 dollar telephoto lens at 300mm. I've never really seen them this close up and I've been in the same apartment since 1996.

This is one hundred percent my favourite photo from the series. I've been trying to get into this shipping container yard for months now. I read rumours on The Internets that there were security dogs here. Not true at all. I have other images that I have kept in colour. I will post them once I get away from all these industrial landscapes for awhile.

This is "Poster One" in the West End of Toronto. I really liked the way the water was drying on the silos behind the building. The rain really benefited this entire series.

I can't remember where this is exactly but there was something interesting about these trains. This was the most random set of train tracks - I think it's exclusively used inside factory.

This house (whether abandoned or commercially acquired) is in a state of extreme disrepair. It has been like this forever. It would be interesting to come back in a few years to rephotograph this.
